The driver couldn't speak English. He didn't know where to go at the MGM in Las Vegas. When I placed my order, I clicked on the MGM ARENA'S address. There are 2 entrances from the street. I messaged the driver asking him to go to the gaurd station at the arena. He messages me back in Spanish. I translated it through Google, he wrote he doesn't have online directions . I called him He couldn't speak English and I don't speak Spanish..I had no clue where he was. The MGM is a big property. If you're going to send a driver out make sure they have Google maps or some kind of map service. Also, is speaking English too much to ask? Or having enough sense to use Google translate? The driver was just lazy and a big waste of time.
