I ordered doordash from a restaurant for myself and my son. Delivery time was updated several times and 2 hours later they sent me an email letting me know my order was canceled. This should have been known and conveyed in a far more timely manner. Canceled dash pass nothing but problems with this company. Use any other resource available before this company. Live chat was also all auto populated answers. No care whatsoever. I was also not offered a refund to my card and the money went back as a doordash credit. Why do I want a credit to a delivery company that can't deliver?
