I use DoorDash often, so that has given them multiple times to get it WRONG. On several occassions I have used the service to grocery shop for me.
Everytime I get the wrong item(s) the company just throws a refund slap on it. My money takes days to get back into my account and I STILL DIDNT GET THE RIGHT ITEM. Today-I had a DoorDash shopper go to Aldi and get 2ilb of salmon, Brussel sprouts, red onion, and rice. The dasher showed up and took a picture of the item left at the door. I was working so I didnt go out right away. When I did go, there was only a bottle of lemonade at my door. I called DoorDash and they offered me a credit and a free option for another dasher to go out and get the food again. Then they asked if they could give me a credit. How does that make me have my food? The principle is the Dasher stole my groceries and nothing was done to that person about it! And I am stuck eating a cold sandwich tonight for dinner!!
