I ordered food that was inedible, tried to chat with customer service, did not talk to me and ended chat. So I ordered food for somewhere, ended up being a 45 min wait and food came at 70 degrees. I tried to contact again, and was cut off. 60 dollars in food, and 6 dollar refund and told this was resolved. Door dash is an irresponsible company/app that needs to be held accountable.
