Ordered 2 burgers , a large poutine and small fries. Came to $40.00 Get it and poutine has NO GRAVY NO CHEESE CURDS. Drove to were it was delivered from and showed the our actual order and door dash sent the store large poutine ( no sauce no toppings) . Basically the store put a small fries in a large poutine plastic box and was ok charging $6.54 for it!?? Doordashes pathetic "sorry " was to offer $1.00 compensation..... 1st of all who the F would order a poutine with no gravy or cheese curds? 2nd Doordash has the audacity to try and send $1.00 for botching order not to mention me having to drive to wendys myself wait for correct order then back. 3rd They then say okay we will compensate $5.00. Are you kidding me? Zero integrity as a company to offer less...not once but twice for the item that was not ever remotely close to what I paid for. This is how you run a business? If I could give zero stars I would !!
