I didn’t get a full refund for an order I waited so long for a driver I called the store of where I placed the order they said they were waiting for a dasher to pick up my order and my food has been sitting for 25 min I then called DoorDash and they asked if I wanted to cancel my order they said that they can but they wouldn’t refund the full amount that they would only give me half the amount I paid even though it wasn’t my fault I told her to speak with her management team before cancelling and she canceled anyways and said she couldn’t do anything because she already canceled the order was already prepared for over 25 min and there was no driver to pick it up they kept canceling the pick up im so angry this is theft and I’m not ok with this type of service I literally hate this company literally robbing my hard earned money especially in these hard times I will never prefer from this nasty company ever again and I will continue to write reviews till I bring them down literally thieves how is this even ok? They will get sued for this I’m not going to be easy wasting my time and the stress I have to deal with is not ok with me!!!
