You get 5$ credit as an only resolution to this. Imagine you go to a pizzeria and pay upfront and you get the pizza crumpled and half utterly destroyed and when you protest, they tell you take the 5$ and shut up and that’s what we have. This is thuggery. I would be in shock if this is legal.
