I ordered Pizza Shack in Madison Ms. and the app said delivered, I never received my pizza and the picture wasn't my door. Opened from wrong side pluse I keep the do not disturb sign on my door handle. They said my dispute wasn't eligible for refund. I didn't want a refund I wanted my pizza. I even tipped in advance, for them to skip on me.
