One of my orders with DoorDash was cancelled after I placed an additional order with more items from the same provider. I was billed over $21 for the first (cancelled, not delivered order), refunded ONLY $3.21 out of the $24+ order, and they will not under any circumstances refund my money or give me a credit for the additional $21. I called several times and asked to file a grievance and be escalated but I haven’t had a response yet. I filed a complaint with the BBB and my credit card company in hopes I can get my money back. This is the end of the road for me with DoorDash.
