Door dash the company is bad for business. The workers aren’t always fully capable to be delivering…language barrier for starters. If I am the customer and I am contacting door dash in the middle of my order not being delivered, the agent on the line couldn’t even give the dasher help because the dasher only spoke English. No food delivered and no refund. That’s right, NO REFUND! How? When I contacted door dash in the middle of everything. I disputed the order with my bank because I never received the food. But it is becoming redundant that the drivers don’t speak English and the online agents are no help!
