My order went to the wrong address and when I called customer service that night, they told me they would give me a credit for the whole amount of the order ($70) in two installments of $35. I just asked for a reorder to the correct address, and was told they couldn't do it at that time. Only half the credit was processed and was told to wait 24 hours for the other $35. The other $35 didn't come through and when I called customer service, they told me that they cannot process the other half because it has been more than two days since the order date. They apologized that someone told me that I could get the full credit back when that wasn't the case. They said they couldn't do anything more for me.
