Doordash lets you order from restaurants that aren't even open. The order will just sit in the "waiting for confirmation" status indefinitely, yet they will charge you. Once you cancel the order, they will deny your refund as it "doesn't meet their policy." If you're still dissatisfied, support will offer to pass your case on to a "specialized team" who will supposedly get back to you within 1 hour. They will never get back to you. I will do my very best never, ever to use Doordash again.
