Door dash is a terrible company. Long wait times, dubious delivery, and absolutely terrible customer support!! We ordered a $100 dinner through door dash from Saigon Spice while on vacation, and it was late being delivered, and all of the entrees were missing the eggrolls that were supposed to come on top, and the meat accompanying the dish was mostly fat and gristle. When we couldn't reach the restaurant, we turned to door dash for help. They sent an automated reply saying there was nothing we could do and they were denying our request for a partial refund. We appealed, trying to reach a real human instead of the auto reply, without success. We just kept getting the same message. We finally had to take it to our credit card company for resolution. I will never order from door dash again. Photos attached show all of the fat that was given instead of meat. And no eggrolls were included as advertised
