I placed an order for four items from KFC tonight. My plan was to have dinner in something left over for lunch tomorrow. Of my four items only two arrived. After contacting customer service, they simply said oh the two missing items were out of stock. Out of stock? You mean a two-piece chicken dinner and biscuit at KFC was out of stock. Do you think you could have contacted me beforehand so I could have changed my order or ordered something else? So, they only refunded me $7 of my $27 purchase and when I contact them they said that was all they could do and that that was supposedly Fair. This is just ridiculous!
