I used this service and they had an address 2 states away where the food was delivered. After talking to customer service they refused to do anything about this even though they could see it was an error on their end per company policy. Ive deleted the app off my phone and absolutely will not ever use this service again. It's insanity they messed the order up and refused to refund the money or solve the problem in anyway. The consumer is left losing money and not receiving anything. Basically that's theft in my opinion and a business such as this should be held accountable for their mistakes when clearly it was an internal issue as acknowledged by the customer service representative
