I paid for delivery service as well as tip to their driver and DID NOT receive my order. Mind you this was going on for over an hour to try and get refunded for a service I paid for and did not receive. All customer service could do was tell me they’re not obligated to compensate me per their policy and they’re not going to give me a refund. No empathy, no understanding. This is absolutely ridiculous and it’s horrible that I paid over $50 for a service I did not receive. Regardless of pricing, it is never okay to play with someone’s money. This is all so unnecessary and honestly grimey.
