The showroom is well worth a visit. There is a lot of choice of high quality doors and hardware. Throughout, Lee was very helpful and relaxed so that there was no sense of urgency or pressure. The real test of quality of any company is their reaction when things go wrong. This was the case for us when an order for 12 doors had to be changed (through our builder's error) at the last minute causing us some distress. Nothing was too much trouble for Lee. He was sympathetic to our situation and within a short time we had solved the problem, changed the order and delivery arrangements and replaced some returned hardware. We could not ask for better treatment. Very professional. Thanks
