So far so good. I look forward to seeing the benefits once I’ve been using the product for longer. The taste is mild and unoffensive. The powder mixes well in tea and coffee. I also love the absence of plastic and environmentally friendly packaging. Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I haven’t used it for very long yet.
