I do not think that I have taken it long enough to really see a significant difference. But I hope it does do everything that it supposed to. My only complaint is the packaging. The lid almost breaks my nails every time I try to remove it. Possibly a twist lid would be better. I’m all for the non-plastic stuff but the cardboard lid really does not work well.
