The product is fine. The customer service and your policies are not. When my shipment was stuck with FedEx, your customer service team told me it isn’t Dose’ responsibility whether the carrier gets the products to me, despite having prepaid via recurring subscription. I have better service with the online store I get my pet’s food from. Amazon service is also much, much better. I will not be buying anymore Dose from any retailer. .
