I actually haven't received this order yet, nor has Dose responded to my email enquiry about it being missing. I've also DM'd on Insta and IM'd on the website. It's been sitting with Aus Post since 19 August. I'd like to rule out that it's a delay on Dose's end, therefore, allowing me to focus on chasing Aus Post. Can I please get a response to my enquiry. Thank you. I love these products so much, but customer service has been bitterly disappointing.
