I ordered with Dose and Co when they had their promotion to receive a free product. I selected the caramel collagen creamer during the purchasing process and somehow it didn’t show on my order. I had two other friends at the time who ordered within an hour of me and both received their gifts. I emailed them to discuss this and if it was a time issue and while I got one reply, when I questioned why I missed out they stopped replying .. the product alone is 5* but will not purchase from the website again when it is more affordable in stores
