I don’t normal write review and this is nothing against the product, as I love the product. However, I likely won’t repurchase from the website due to the snail pace delivery. Had I of known delivery would have been a week from courier pick up to arrivals, I would not have order. Previously the courier was NZ Post and I cannot fault their prompt deliver with your product delivered within a day or two of pickup (even during Covid lockdown), however the move to Castle definitely means I am second guessing repurchasing as a week from pick up seems extreme (specially within the same city). I was considering the subscriptions as I generally buy in New World full price (generally no special) and I thought given the saving the subscription would be better. However due to the snail pace delivery with castle I won’t, as it’s too unreliable and I don’t wish to wait a week. I’d rather just pay full price of $43 at my local new world.
