I sent 4 parcels via the DPD app in the weeks before Christmas and only one arrived on its own.
Problems with parcel 1:
Sent to an address in Essex arrived in Liverpool. The recipients were a company who knew my husband and by doing some research on their computer, rang him and arranged for it to be returned at our cost. Still no refund.
Problems with parcel 2:
Sent to an address in Leighton Buzzard arrived in Leamington Spa at the son of our next door neighbour. The first thing we knew was when they knocked on the door and handed the parcel back to us having found our address inside the box when they opened it.
Problems with parcel 3:
Sent to Germany, arrived in Germany but was stuck at local depot. Took two weeks and countless phone calls by myself and the recipients in Germany to the local depot, to get this finally delivered.
