I recently had a very frustrating experience with this delivery service. The driver left a "missed-note" and sent my parcel back without even attempting to contact me. This was incredibly inconvenient, especially since I was available to receive the package. When I reached out to Customer Services for assistance, I was met with complete indifference. The representative was unhelpful and uninterested in resolving the issue. Instead of offering a solution, she repeatedly told me to "contact the sender," which was not only unproductive but also dismissive of my concerns. It was clear that she had no passion for her job or any desire to provide genuine customer support. Her lack of empathy and unwillingness to help was disappointing. I believe she needs to find a role that aligns with her interests and strengths, as customer service is clearly not the right fit for her. It’s past the point of pretending to care—customers deserve better than this level of service. Overall, this experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I hope the company takes steps to improve their customer service and ensure that their staff are better equipped to handle customer concerns in the future.

Driver went to wrong address, several messages for 3 days saying they would deliver and tracking says it is stuck at Snetterton. Had to cancel engineer as the parcel never arrived. Waited in each day. The so called message system completely useless they say sorry and in no way do they address the actual problem. The sign of a good company is when they correct a mistake they have made, not just go "oh well it's not my responsibility contact the sender" If I were a company sending parcels I would not trust DPD

Once again DPD excelled themselves on providing terrible customer service. Lazy lying delivery drivers who cant be bothered to get in a lift & inane chat bots that provide stock answers that dont address the issue. I wouldn't trust DPD with a takeaway menu

The assigned delivery driver did not deliver the package to my address and instead left it at an unassigned location without seeking my confirmation. This has caused significant inconvenience to me. I have called to the customer service centre and request to change the delivery location. The staff told me he cannot do this even the parcel does not arrive at the collection point. This is so ridiculous! A delivery should be completed only when the package is handed over to the recipient or placed in a designated and agreed-upon location. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I request an immediate investigation into this matter and a clear explanation of why the driver failed to follow proper delivery procedures. Additionally, I would appreciate steps being taken to prevent such incidents in the future. Please let me know how this issue will be addressed at your earliest convenience. I look forward to your prompt response.

I’m sitting at home, checking DPD tracking that has no map or driver just the time you should receive your parcel.Then the message: “Your parcel … as no one was in today. “ No one called No customer support No way of tracking the order.

The worst delivery service ever. Don’t care if customers suffer or not. They are stereotyped. Non-flexible and claims to attempt deliver when they have not.

They delivered my HelloFresh parcel not only to the wrong apartment building 8 buildings away from mine, but they left it OUTSIDE the wrong apartment building on the street (with a photo to prove it!) Unsurprisingly in London, someone stole it - likely within a few minutes. HelloFresh also don’t do redeliverys so I’m literally going hungry this week. DPD taking ZERO responsibility for THEIR problem. Wild wild awful service.

They sent my valentines flowers to someone else's house.... when they needed to be delivered to a flat. Literally says Flat 1 and they go to a house that doesn't match the number or road.... like wtf....

Anyone considering using DPD to deliver - please don't. Three attempts they claim they made. 1. Sent an image from a neighbouring road but didn't come to the address. 2. Cancelled the delivery from a village a mile up the road, never came near. 3. Say they left a card - but presumably in the wrong house. They got to my road but drove away before I could get out to catch them. I had downloaded the App: given instructions and shown on "what three words" where to come. Was then promised they'd return but they didn't.

3 deliveries this week and all three dumped in a public entrance to the shops. Why do your drivers think that is okay, are they not able to read shop names or are they just lazy? The state of the boxes yesterday was disgraceful.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Paid extra for next day and got stuck with DPD. Specified to go next door if I'm not in. The driver just decided not to attempt delivery even though I'm in. Asked my neighbor, they haven't seen him. No card left because he didn't attempt. Now have to wait 3 more days for delivery. Contacted live chat and they basically said nothing they can do, the driver didn't give a reason for no delivery, if I'm not happy with delivery service then contact the seller, not them.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the short notice and lack of options for depot collection or a second delivery attempt. My first notification arrived at 8:34, and by 9:14 the parcel was already being returned to the sender.

Waited all day for delivery on Thursday, the day the delivery was tracked for which did not arrive, The supplier had to send another item out as previous item had disappeared. Today waited for same supplier item from DPD practically by front door at allotted hour and then received email to say they missed me. This item was needed so very poor service.

As often with DPD there is a problem with delivery. Driver Paul didn't even come to my address but marked on the app that he tried to deliver. Not only I was at home, but I've got 4 CCTV cameras around my house and shockingly none of them registered the driver trying to make a delivery. After I called customer service trying to find out what has happened, driver details conveniently disappeared from the app. Well done DPD

It's just another, 'We're going to deliver your parcel' 'Oh we can't find your address' they're not even in the right city according to their system. Another person in the house wasting my time waiting for a delivery that was clearly never going to arrive.
