Took over a week for my item to be delivered. I didn’t hear the doorbell on the first day so I rearranged delivery for the next day. I waited in for it to then get a notification saying I’d missed it again. This happened for the next 7 days with nobody coming to my house.
I then saw that the driver had taken a picture on the first day, and was then reusing it over and over to make it look like he’d been back.
Contacted customer service who didn’t even attempt to act understanding, and to be honest they were completely useless. They basically told me I was lying and told me there was nothing they could do and I should just wait. Awful service.
