RIP OFF
Hi,
I want to make a complaint.
A Dpd adviser informed me on the 5th of December that I will get a refund as you were unable to deliver my parcel from London to Spain. After waiting 1 month you returned my parcel with no reason back to my door.
Now when I contacted the web chat about my refund, one of your colleagues from DPD said the refund was rejected by the refunds team and there is no further action you can take on this. You did not even inform me , I was waiting for my refund as the Dpd adviser advised me on the 5th of March.
Also on a different occasion Dpd another department informed me I am entitled to the refund please see bellow:
I also attached screenshots when you assured me I will receive my money back.
I also registered a complaint, you never dealt with it.

I am sorry that your parcel for Simona Zamfir was not delivered but returned which was relabelled under the same parcel reference and has been delivered back to you on 5th March. The parcel should have been received by you can contact Dpd Local Online Sales Account for your refund as the parcel was booked through them using the below link:
