The worst courier ever! The status is Not update in the apps and internet, the parcel is not delivered on the chosen appointment! They would not even tell you oops sorry we can’t made it or we will just not do it, instead they just give you surprise whenever they want.
Left my 200 € parcel in front of the door without me being informed and not even bothered to pass it to one of my neighbor.
I am still waiting for my another parcel which was supposed to be deliver yesterday, again nth been delivered and of course no status update either!
