I placed an order on the 2nd of April from London to Portugal. It consisted of 6 boxes. I paid for taxes/fees at the custom house in France in order to continuing with the delivery process. I only received one box on the 13th of April and since that day I contact DPD several times everyday to know what hapenned with the other 5. Nobody could give me a clear answer, giving excuses and different answers every time. Suddenly after two weeks the boxes were coming back to London "by costumer". I am the sender and receiver. I never requested my boxes back. To this day (3rd of May 2021) there is no update in the status, and nobody, again can tell me where my boxes are. I have no proof that my boxes are PHYSICALLY returning to London, and it has been already over a month since I had the first contact with them receiving always poor and useless customer service. As I never received my boxes DPD lost them and they do not want to admitted. They clearly have showed their true colours by not taking any responsibility whatsoever and clearly showing they don't give their customers any true value. I only expected from them to show respect to a loyal customer, but I just received indifference and lack of customer care.
