Their driver left my parcel outside the flat building and didn’t even buzz. Not a safe place. By the time I got the “we’ve delivered” message it had already been taken. Phoned and they say contact the seller - but why should they pay for DPDs mistake? Parcel contained birthday gifts. Their customer service is non existent and I see they don’t even have a Twitter page. I guess that’s one way to avoid bad reviews?
