Dpd is absolutely the worst. I have some missing packages in last few months, so i chose in settings option to deliever everything to the Pickup point where i can get my package in convenient time for me. Got the confirmation that the service is active with the exact date from when it’s on. 2 weeks after that the package is being apparently delivered to mailbox again and missing. Customer service sent me to sender and they cannot do anything because the package is ‘delievered’ in system.
Dpd is a nightmare. So unprofessional and so frustrating.
