booked a day off to receive a parcel got a delivery slot between 8.24 and 9.34 sat and waited then get a text saying "sorry we missed you" and a photo of my front door ?? i have a sign on the doorframe saying "please ring door bell" which obviously he didn't because i would have heard it and answered the door (the bell is wired to the mains and works perfectly) i now have to book another day off an hope i get my parcel (i'm going to put a very large sign on my door to use the bell) this is the 2nd time i've had trouble with DPD last time they left a parcel on my doorstep while i was at work and surprisingly it got stolen, worst company ever.
