Booked 2 parcel to be collected from Aberdeen address, 1 going to Livingston another to Glasgow. They where both collected at 12.30 on the 20th fir next day delivery. The Livingston one arrived at my customer at 20.15 on the 21st. The Glasgow one made its way to Hickley hub in England before arriving at Mossend depot on the 22nd . Absolutely disappointed in this service Customer should have had parcel at least on afternoon of the 21st, now won't get toll Monday 24th.
