I didn't find them very useful. Send parcel abroad. Not only payed more that originally quoted but also had to pay tax as my parcel got stuck in depo in Holland. You would if think that they will advice you about the tax before you send the parcel. After all they see where are u sending it. When I called the office the check where my parcel is they adviced me to wait few days for their response in email. Very disappointed
