Once again, a DPD driver refused to leave a parcel at my doorstep, even though I had left a note , saying that I was self isolating and asking him to leave the parcel at my doorstep, as per DPD's instructions. The driver insisted for me to open the door, even when I told him that he is not following his own company's rule. I then spent 1 hour online waiting and eventually chatting to their customer service team who were not able to explain why this keeps happening and they were also not able to send the parcel back to the sender. Next time I buy something online and see that DPD is going to deliver it, I will make sure to cancel the order before it is delivered. They have wasted my time too many times.
