Then to call Customer Service they charge £3.50 per minute for their incompetence, very clever cost to avoid interaction with customers. AVOID any dealings with DPD read the reviews, useless fraudulent claims of delivery, driver did not follow DPD's rules, text 1 hour prior .....NO text......DO NOT TRUST DPD...... Customer Service charge £3.50/minute plus mobile charge... this shows their disregard for customers, lack of respect, value and total no interest in providing Customer Satisfaction......AVOID AVOID AVOID.
