WORST service I have ever witnessed. I am LIVID. I am expecting a parcel for over a week and it is today the 6th message I received saying “sorry we missed you”. Funny thing is I was by the door bell and the driver did not bother to ring the bell or the phone. He parked, took a picture 10 feet away from the door, and left.
With drivers like this, I would seriously consider doing pick ups only because this is FRUSTRATING. I had to put plans on hold to wait for a driver who will probably text me sorry we missed you AGAIN. That would be the 12th time. Worst driver service. I am LIVID.
