3/11 Boxes Lost/Damaged
My parcels were large moving boxes. They damaged them and sent them back to sender and then when repackaged they damaged it AGAIN.
Customer support webchat is probably all robots (or might as well be). They claimed the lost parcel was damaged and they would resend it. Never happened. A month of dealing with them and they claimed it was lost - not a small parcel btw.
Stuck me through to Claims. I do not want to claim. They have literally lost ALL my clothes as I was moving due to an untenable living situation as a result of Covid restrictions.
The 2 boxes have been returned to sender (my brother) so instead of risking it I had to get a courier.
Negligent timewasters.
