UNREAL. Received text saying parcel delivered. Picture was of driver who wasn't down for delivery AND A PICTURE OF A PREVIOUS DELIVERY. The picture also showed the door closed when it was open and of one parcel not two. No parcel to be found anywhere. Latter the correct driver arrived with the two parcels. He didn't know what was going on. I do, they thought they had lost the parcel. Frozen food so they were covering there backs. Snidey.
