The driver is unable to follow special instructions to leave my parcel where I instructed of If dont answer the door.
The depo said the driver should have left the parcel if I was not in and promised he would return to the area to deliver, this has not happened 2 days later. Instead, this driver Ian, who has such a great rating, has taken a picture of my door instead and not left my package as instructed. Worse service ever, I want my package!
