Awful service, my parcel was delivered in wrong address and driver (Preet Sunny) update the system saying I have received and sing by me. From the point I received this notification I have made Alost 8 -10 calls to DPD and every time i was given different info and false promises.
To this point I was given false promises and no body can tell me where my parcel is or not even a single call from DPD.
spoken to 3 different staff from Greenford Depot and all 3 gave 3 different info and no body cant tell me when exactly I receive my parcel.
