Was expecting my PS5 today, cleared my day to make sure I was there to accept the parcel. I got an email saying "Driver A" was meant to deliver my parcel between 12:03-13:03.
At 12:22 I got an email saying they "Missed me" and that they will try again tomorrow. On the tracking they took a picture of some random person's door. Unbelievable.
They never even bothered to come to my door, ring me or anything. These guys are unprofessional and will make sure I won't be using DPD for my Business. I've heard that drivers do this quite often if they are falling behind.
Disgusting, do your job, "Driver A".
And DPD, why is it so hard to put a complaint in? Kindly point me to your complaints procedure.
Avoid at all costs, I've never had an issue with less expensive delivery companies.
