I gave one star because I had no choice to do none as they deserve.
The DPD delivery service standards are not acceptable.For two days, yesterday and today we were waiting during the scheduled slot provided.NOBODY turned up or knocked the door or press a bell, then we received emails claiming they missed us.
This is outrageous lack of respect to the sender and the receiver.
I was also expecting perishable product that has been floating around for more then 3 days.
