Worst services ever, customer care doesn't have the manners to talk to people.
I was told that the parcel shall be delivered in a particular time slot. As soon as the time came, I got a Message-Driver unable to locate, though I could see him zipping past my road. Don't know they use GPS to track or not. I call customer care and they say to avoid DRAMA. Do your people have any sense? Crappiest services ever. I guess you can get people lessons in hospitality before employing them.
