Had a new phone delivered… I appreciate through Covid no physical contact…. But with a brand-new phone I do not expect a delivery driver to throw the item down onto a concrete floor especially when the item is not packed stuffed as well as it should be…. They were told it what is the phone and then he threw it down to take a picture.
They will be the 1st to complain if it was their item that was thrown.
Not acceptable from delivery drivers they need to have a little bit of care when delivering their items.
