Spent all day Saturday waiting for my parcel. Didnt arrive sent me email saying it will be delivered tomorow. Fair enough. Spend all Sunday sitting in. Driver Ben pulls up outside my house. Does not knock on the door or even walk anywhere near the house. And then drives off. I then get an email saying sorry we missed you we will deliver it tomorow. What a joke. He was literaly at my house and did nothing. Why did he even bother driving up the hill? Am i expected to run outside and meet him? Am i expected to spend all day staring out the window waiting for a dpd van and run out into the road and stop it and ask if its for me? Presumably so. Well time for a 3rd wated day.
