Very poor service. I have been waiting weeks for a delivery which was constantly rescheduled and upon contacting the seller they spoke to DPD who told them it’s been delivered.
I spoke to DPD myself who told me they couldn’t help which is just unacceptable really.
The tracking information still states it’s out for delivery on Monday 13th December (6 days ago!)
Really unhappy with the service as I needed this delivery for the 10th when it was originally expected (I ordered on 26th November).
