You cannot collect from DPD depots anymore. Is this because they are changing their service to favour us collecting from pick up points or pay £4.99 for delivery? I will not purchase again if DPD are the couriers as it is not the first time. Was palatable when you could get to depot if they didnt deliver but now waiting another 48 hours before able to pick up item? All within a 2 mile radius :(
