I waited in my house for a delivery, they never even knocked on or rang my doorbell, just shoved a depot card through the door. I went out to stop the driver but he drove off, blatantly ignoring me.
Then today, found out my parcel was being delivered by dpd between 12:45-1:45. I was worried I was going to be late in, so I had a safe place specified just in case. I arrive home exactly 12:45, to find dpd driving off from my house, and not leaving my parcel in a safe place when it does not need a signature. Abysmal company.
