If I could, I'd give DPD zero stars because the service is terrible. I was expecting a parcel (15976865201533P) which I waited in for. The parcel was supposed to be delivered between 11.00 and 12.00.
At 11.45, a text was received in which DPD lied and claimed that nobody was in to complete the delivery. This is totally false and a lie on behalf of DPD. I have been in all morning and waited, looking out of the window, waiting for the delivery.
I would never send a parcel by DPD and I would urge everyone never to use DPD.
